We have a great opportunity for you to join AEI in a Field Services Representative role in our Washington DC office.
Here is what we have in store for you:
In this role you will carry out activities related to project construction and contract administration including developing and coordinating system test procedures organizing user training sessions administering functional performance tests conducting field observations attending progress meetings and assisting in document control.
What you will need to Succeed:
- Construction administration experience in a fieldbased role such as project superintendent trade foreman or project engineer.
- Advanced knowledge of building systems with an emphasis in at least one area such as HVAC plumbing or piping electrical or instrumentation and controls.
- Full understanding of applicable design codes design standards and specification requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of construction and general knowledge of operations/maintenance methods.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Bluebeam and other constructionbased software.
- Valid state drivers license for job site travel.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $135000 to $149000
