ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prepares an annual forecast objectives and business plan for regional sales activity in conjunction with the Regional Director. Revisits the annual plan on a quarterly basis to review and implement any changes as needed.
Achieves the forecast objectives and business plan by managing and working with the resources needed to accomplish. Resources include Companys products leadership sales staff product teams and other departments as applicable.
Actively monitors and manages sales progress to forecast objectives and business plan. In addition responsible for the management of budget expenses product mixes and the overall financial performance of sales activity.
Facilitates optimum customer satisfaction with existing customers and develops relationships with new and prospective customers to expand market share.
Manages sales teams continued growth and development which includes coaching counseling training and conducting annual performance appraisals. Also includes recruiting onboarding new team members and planning and implementing sales training events as needed.
Actively participates plans and coordinates regional events and maintains relationships with industry organizations and vendors to promote the products and services offered by Stiles.
Participation in company and industry functions such as trade shows vendor meetings etc.
Maintain knowledge of the competitive nature of the assigned region and report as appropriate any market conditions that could impact (improve or threaten) our standing in the market.
Provide information to product groups / managers that can enhance their performance and our ability to deliver a superior product or service.
Works closely with Service Manager and other business units to provide the best possible customer experience
Other assigned projects or sales activity as needed
