Job Title: Ser
Job Summary:
The Ser operates or tends machinery equipped with scoops shovels or buckets to excavate and load loose materials. Operates construction equipment such as cranes power shovels sers paving machines motor graders trenchdigging machines conveyors bulldozers dredges pumps compressors and pneumatic tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate sers to move earth gravel and other materials on construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance on sers to ensure they are in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Communicate with other construction workers to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Ser operator in a construction setting
- Ability to operate and maintain sers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet project deadlines
