Requirements:
- Experience with colostomy care

- Knowledge of or willingness to learn how to use a Hoyer lift
- Assistance with incontinence care including proper hygiene support
- Job Hours: 16hour shifts alternating 4 and 3 days per week
- Must have own transportation
- Pay: $24 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist with daily inhome care. This role involves providing essential handson support ensuring patient wellbeing and maintaining a high standard of care in a home setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist with colostomy care and hygiene maintenance
Support immobile individuals ensuring comfort and safety
Utilize or learn to use a Hoyer lift for safe patient transfers
Provide assistance with incontinence care in a professional and respectful manner
Monitor patient wellbeing and report any significant health changes
Follow individualized care plans and provide companionship and reassurance
Requirements:
Active Florida LPN License
CPR Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross preferred)
Previous experience in home care or willingness to be trained
Patience reliability and a compassionate attitude
Ability to travel to the clients home in Port St. Lucie
