Job Overview:

We are seeking a resultsdriven and customerfocused Account Manager to join our dynamic team at NxaTel. As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our key clients. You will serve as their trusted advisor understanding their unique business communication needs and ensuring they leverage our cuttingedge solutions to drive growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain longterm relationships with assigned client accounts to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Sales Customer Support and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products and services that align with clients needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and analyze client usage patterns and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing their experience.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively ensuring a positive client experience throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:


Proven experience as an Account Manager Sales Executive or similar role in the telecommunications or technology industry with a track record of exceeding sales targets and client retention goals.

Strong understanding of UCaaS solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field preferred.

Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
