Job Description
Current CNAcertificate for Massachusetts and previous experience preferably in an acutecare setting.
Effective customer service orientation and theability to interact with diverse groups of patients staff and providers.
Demonstrated ability to solve basic patientand practice problems using a combination of strong interpersonal andcommunication skills attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
Ability to lift and transport patients usingthe appropriate physical technique in a safe manner for the patient and self.
Phillips House 22 is a nineteenbed premier patient care unit caring for a wide variety of medical and surgical patients ranging in age from young adults to older adults. Our goal is to always provide the highest quality patient and family centered care to patients and families for a successful and safe hospital experience.

Underthe direction of a registered nurse (RN) the Patient Care Associate (PCA)assists the multidisciplinary health care team in clinical support functionsto promote a safe compassionate patient care environment. PCA assistsmultidisciplinary health care team by assisting patients with daily livingneeds monitoring & reading vital signs drawing blood obtainingEKGs.
Must be able to work night shift 11pm7am.
