Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Purchase Executive to join our team at ATARASHI DENKA BIJON POWER SYSTEM INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The position level is Junior and it is located in Bhiwadi. This is a hybrid fulltime role requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in negotiation vendor management and supply chain management (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in financial analysis to evaluate supplier proposals and financial health
- Contract management skills for drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts
- Strong inventory control skills to manage stock levels effectively
- Ability to perform detailed data analysis to support procurement decisions
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and gauge product pricing trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel for data management and reporting
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the endtoend procurement process including vendor identification selection and evaluation
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Analyze market trends and the supply chain to make strategic purchasing decisions
- Maintain and update a comprehensive supplier database for future reference
- Ensure compliance with the companys procurement policies and procedures
- Prepare and present procurement reports to the management team regularly
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance and operations to align procurement activities with company objectives
