Internship Program Overview
At Authentica Solutions we recognize the importance of nurturing earlycareer talent and providing opportunities to gain realworld experience. Our Internship Program is designed to offer students comprehensive insight experience and expertise in the education technology sector. This 6week program aims to provide interns with handson experience mentorship and networking opportunities.
Program Details:
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Start Date: June 2 2025
- End Date: July 11 2025
- Location: Remote (U.S. only specific states)
- Hours: Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM EST 30 hours per week)
Program Objectives:
- Handson Learning: Enable interns to apply academic knowledge to realworld projects enhancing their practical skills and understanding of industry practices.
- Professional Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to help interns improve technical abilities problemsolving skills and project management capabilities.
- Innovation and Contribution: Engage interns in collaborative projects that encourage innovative thinking and contribute to the development or improvement of our products and services.
- Crossfunctional Exposure: Offer opportunities to interact with various departments fostering a holistic understanding of the organizations operations and encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Feedback and Growth: Implement a structured feedback system to regularly assess performance promote continuous learning and support interns professional growth.
Program Structure:
- Orientation: Introduce interns to company culture values policies and procedures to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Project Assignments: Assign realworld projects under the guidance of experienced mentors allowing interns to apply their skills in practical settings.
- Training and Development: Conduct workshops and training sessions aimed at enhancing both technical and soft skills relevant to the industry.
- Mentorship: Pair each intern with a mentor who provides guidance feedback and support throughout the program aiding in goal setting and professional development.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Offer ongoing feedback and conduct formal evaluations to assess performance acknowledge achievements and identify areas for improvement.
- Final Presentation/Capstone: Conclude the program with interns presenting their projects and accomplishments to company leadership and peers showcasing their contributions and learning outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
The Internship Program is open to undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled in accredited institutions within the United States. Candidates from diverse backgrounds and academic disciplines are encouraged to apply. Please note that due to employment regulations and tax requirements we are only able to hire candidates residing in the following states: Alabama Florida Georgia Illinois Maryland North Carolina Pennsylvania Texas and Utah.

Marketing Intern Position Overview
Authentica Solutions is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern for a 6week summer internship focused on digital marketing within the education technology space. This opportunity is ideal for a marketing student or recent graduate eager to gain handson experience in social media management campaign data analysis and brand awareness strategies.
Working closely with our VP of Marketing you will play an integral role in engaging our audience driving demand for our Education Intelligence Platform and executing realworld marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Marketing:
- Assist in managing and posting content on LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Monitor engagement and track performance.
- Research and propose creative social media content ideas aligned with our brand voice.
Campaign Support & Demand Generation:
- Support email marketing efforts including list management scheduling and reporting.
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns including paid search (SEO/SEM) and social ads.
- Help develop and refine messaging for key audiences ensuring consistency across channels.
- Research competitors and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Conference & Event Planning Support:
- Assist in planning conference participation from logistics to marketing activations.
- Research and identify new conferences and speaking opportunities to expand our presence.
- Support the activation of strategic partnerships that offer untapped event opportunities.
Awards Podcasts & Thought Leadership:
- Research awards opportunities for Authentica and help manage submission processes.
- Identify potential podcast guest opportunities and assist with outreach.
- Support efforts to position our executives as thought leaders in the industry and help prepare for our annual report development.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics using Google Analytics social media insights and Zoho CRM (experience with Zoho preferred but not required).
- Support A/B testing efforts for emails ads and website content to optimize engagement.
Website & SEO Support:
- Assist with minor website updates in WordPress including content updates and optimizations.
- Research SEO best practices and help improve website visibility.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts for a brand business or organization.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics social media insights or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing digital campaigns and SEO best practices.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Zoho CRM HubSpot or another CRM platform.
- Handson experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
- Exposure to paid search (Google Ads) or paid social campaigns.
- Interest in the education technology sector.
