ACLS required
PALS preferred
35 years Critical Care experience required. Variable shift hours
The PreOp RN must be able to perform tasks vital to the care of the preoperative patients. Responsible to accurately assess patients demonstrate critical thinking and develop an appropriate plan of care based on hospital standards including psychosocial cultural and physical needs of patients and families. The PreOp RN needs to interact with all members of the health care team to provide interdisciplinary patient care. The PreOp RN determines and incorporates patient/family education into a plan of care.
