Job Description
Hi
Im the direct recruiter for a wellpaid Lead Engineer with a successful construction management services firm. Visible 6year project MF office location near you.
Salary to $238K or more paid vacation/sick leave/holidays/benefits 401(K) match etc
As Lead Engineer with ANE Consulting https://anenow/ youll manage our pool of engineering specialists programwide driving overall program goals and specific project requirements and ensuring that program goals are met on each project.
HIGHLIGHTS
Identify/address engineeringrelated topics assuring proper resources focused on addressing issues/managing resolutions
Preparation for/attend Design Builder work sessions overseeing engineering team responses during implementation
Attend engineeringspecific meetings including asset management responsible for disseminating information to client
Guide engineering specialists and keep them up to date with changes to program
Review design review comments made on the progress design submittals/coordinate with engineering
Follow up on RFI/Submittals responses and review content for compliance with project requirements
Manage engineering budget
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree plus 12 years of progressive roles in engineering/ management/leadership to include:
Multistory/highrise projects New York City agencies/conditions & program management roles in a government designbuild project are desirable
Vertical building experience overseeing a wide range of engineering disciplines electrical mechanical plumbing low voltage radio etc.
Coordinating MEP low voltage other engineering specialties. VERY important!
NY Metro/U.S. experience
MS Office Suite & Bluebeam Studio
