Research activities will focus on evaluating the implementation of a number of strategies to efficiently improve the health of persons with Medicare Medicaid and Commercial insurance aligned to Partners primary care physicians. Tvogelhis includes evaluations of patient centered medical home high risk care management behavioral health integration within primary care and changes to provider incentives and payment. Studies will use both quantitative and qualitative methods to assess the success of program implementation and the impact of program implementation on patient satisfaction quality and costs. The research assistant/ project specialists role will include coordinating the work of multiple investigative teams submitting IRB applications assistance with data collection and analysis literature reviews preparation of manuscripts and presentations for internal and external dissemination scheduling and planning internal research dissemination meetings.
Responsibilities include: Assisting with background research and literature reviews; collecting and maintaining IRB protected project data; drafting and editing reports presentations and correspondence to external organizations senior faculty collaborators and Partners leadership; maintaining project timelines and schedules; and coordinating/planning meetings. This position requires a highly organized and focused person who is interested in program evaluation in general and curious about innovative strategies designed to more efficiently manage the health of patient populations.
