Job Description
Job Title: Technical Lead Kubernetes & Cloud Infrastructure 57 Years Experience)
Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon
Job Description:
Technical Lead Kubernetes & Cloud Infrastructure with 57 years of experience in designing
deploying and securing Kubernetes clusters for telcograde highavailability and scalable
architectures. The role requires expertise in migrating containerized applications onto both cloud
and onpremise (OpenShift Tanzu) Kubernetes environments ensuring high availability
security and performance along with integrating supporting components such as databases
OLAP systems and message queues.
Key Responsibilities:
Design deploy and optimize Kubernetes clusters for Telco environments with strong
understanding of managed(OCP/Tanzu) and Kubernetes CE for scalability availability
and security ensuring multicluster resilience autoscaling and disaster recovery.
Migrate microservicesbased containerized applications (Java GoLang C) to
Kubernetes implementing service mesh (Istio/Linkerd) RBAC CNI network policies
and pod security standards.
Deploy and manage highthroughput messaging such as Kafka and OLAP databases such
as ClickHouse for scalable analytics with optimized partitioning and replication.
Implement robust security and compliance principles including TLS encryption
Keycloakbased SSO OAuth2/OIDC authentication and Cloud security best practices in
microservices based K8 deployment.
Create and deploy GitOpsdriven CI/CD pipeline with Helm Terraform Ansible for
automated Kubernetes deployments.
Ensure observability with Prometheus Grafana Loki/Syslog and OpenTelemetry.
Implement security best practices (image signing CVE scanning secrets management).
Harden Kubernetes environments with Zero Trust container vulnerability and
DevSecOps best practices for secure productiongrade deployments.
Required Skills & Experience:
Kubernetes: Managed K8 for cloud (EKS/GKE/AKS) inpremise (OCP/Tanzu) K3s Istio
Helm CNI plugins (Calico Flannel Multus etc..
Expertise in Ansible for configuration management and automation.
Cloud: Public Cloud (AWS Azure GCP) deployment architecture and best practices.
Automation: Terraform Ansible Helm Shell and Python
Messaging & Databases: Kafka ClickHouse MySQL/Oracle Redis
Security & Authentication: KeyCloak OAuth2 OIDC RBAC GDPR
Networking & API Gateways: Nginx HAProxy
Observability & Monitoring: Prometheus Grafana Loki OpenTelemetry
Microservices Understanding: Java GoLang Cbased services
DevSecOps: Zero Trust Container & K8 Security
