Job Description
DIRECT HIRE:

We want you to lead the way on impactful projects!
We are looking for a dedicated professional to collaborate with senior leadership and oversee projects from start to finish. This role involves preparing construction documents for a variety of development projects while ensuring smooth project . Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to proactively resolve issues and keep projects on track. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex challenges and provide effective leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare construction documents for various project types
Ensure project compliance with relevant codes and regulations
Work with agencies to secure necessary permits
Collaborate with clients architects and subcontractors
Create job specifications for construction
Estimate construction costs and ensure adherence to requirements
Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering
EIT or FE certification with plans to obtain P.E. license
3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Understanding of relevant codes ordinances and permitting processes
