Job Description
Demonstrated independence in experimental design data analysis and interpretation
Ability to work in a high paced team environment meet deadlines & prioritize work on multiple projects
Excellent analytical skills attention to detail and demonstrated independent decision making
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Word PowerPoint Excel and Internet based applications is required.
Ability to handle human blood and blood products perform sterile tissue culture in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines.
Some experience in flow cytometry and ELISA is desired.
EDUCATION:
B.S. or M.Sc. in molecular biology or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 or more years of directly relevant experience. 1 years of protein expression and purification experience required.
- Expertise in purification techniques including affinity sizeexclusion charge based chromatography
- Preferred experience with AKTA chromatography system.
- Preferred Experience with small scale liquid handling systems (Preferred)
- Experience with molecular biology techniques
