BCTLLC is seeking a Systems Engineer 3. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH. This position is located in Columbia Maryland.

What you will do

Provide programmatic oversight for the development and delivery of cloud enabled analytics and site storage necessary to enable the continuum of foreign intelligence and cyber defense missions. Support the PMO Leadership with acquisition business financial and programmatic planning reporting documentation & to include but not be limited to:

• Collecting tech requirements for translation into business/contractual/programmatic terms tracking risks and running financial forecasts.
• Development of acquisition strategies;
• Documentation of acquisition strategies;
• Oversight and implementation of acquisition strategies;
• Acquisition process definition and improvement;
• Collecting tech requirements for translation into business/contractual/programmatic terms;
• Tracking & reporting risks;
• Generating robust financial forecasts;
• Project management process definition and improvement;
• Project management;
• Defining and documenting program requirements and specifications;
• Creating maintaining and reviewing program/project schedules;
• Develop acquisition documentation such as Operational Capabilities Statements (OCS)
• Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) and Statements of Work (SOW); and
• Program/ project metrics for tracking delivery of Key Performance Parameters.

What you will need

Twenty 20 years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar
scope type and complexity is required.

• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
• Bachelors degree in System Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
