The Opportunity
Marid Industries Limited is seeking a detailoriented and energetic Industrial Painter to join our team! This is an exciting fulltime opportunity for an individual to join our growing team. This position is primarily responsible for the efficiency and highquality application of paint and finishes to various surfaces.
This position requires a strong focus on maintaining safety standards quality control and effective organization of materials to support production and construction activities. The individual will collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold the companys commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Night Shift once trained Monday to Thursday 3:30pm to 2:30am (Applicants must be available for daytime training shifts Monday to Friday 6:30am 4pm).
What youll do
Responsibilities
- Prepares surfaces for painting by cleaning sanding and applying primers as needed.
- Apply paint varnish or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes rollers and spray equipment.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Organize and maintain inventory of paints tools and equipment.
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Participate in toolbox meetings.
- Participate in continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications for inventory management and reporting.
- Familiarity with industryspecific software is required
