Job Description
Interim HealthCare of Augusta is looking for Augustas Top Nurses to provide inhome nursing care to some Augustas Most Acute & Critical Patients. Do you have what it takes
WHATS INVOLVED
- Continuous Care (shifts 8hrs to 12hrs per day x 7days per week) 1on1 Patient Centered Care
- Provide Care Interventions to treat Patients Chronic Condition or Chronic Disease
- All Patients have Feeding Tube (GTube JTube etc) Tracheostomy as well as Home Ventilator
- Patients range from Adults to Pediatrics
- Most have cooccurring disorders such as seizure disorders etc

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Active Georgia Nursing License (LPN or RN) or Compact Nursing License from a participating state.
BLS Provider CPR Certification.
Recent TB Skin Test or Chest XRay.
Experience working with feeding tubes tracheostomies (trachs) home ventilation pediatric chronic disease care and adult critical care.
