ViaQuest offers quality highlypersonalized specialized and costeffective care solutions and services through Hospice Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions Day & Employment Services and Residential Services. Responsibilities may include:
- Monitor individuals finances and benefits as outlined in the individuals service plan and per company policy.
- Ensure individuals basic needs such as rent utilities etc. are paid consistently and timely.
- Ensure spending money and petty cash is available at each site per the individuals service plan.
- Submit cost of living to county boards as applicable.
- Order checks for individuals timely.
- Set up online bill pay for individuals as applicable.
- Review monthly finance packets and complete monthly reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Work collaboratively with Program Managers and other management to ensure accuracy with individuals finances.
Requirements for this position include:
- Candidates without a degree but who have 3 years pf experience in accounting or developmental disabilities will also be considered.
- Fouryear degree in accounting social services or human services is preferred.
- Experience working in Microsoft products such as Excel and Word.
