Overview:
Empower Physical Therapy is a PTowned private practice that focuses on employee satisfaction and ensuring that therapists have the opportunity to practice the way they are trained. The clinic provides 1on1 patient care with a flexible schedule that respects worklife balance. Charting can be done during work hours.
Work Schedule:
- Clinic is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Four 10hour days are available for those who want a 3day weekend.
- The specific work schedule will be determined based on mutual agreement for flexibility.
Caseload:
- General Outpatient Orthopedics and Workers Comp.
- Opportunity for passion projects and specialty areas to help shape your caseload according to your interests.
Job Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required.
- Eligible for Oregon state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with the team.
- No experience required new grad PTs are welcome! A mentorship program is available.
