Customer Care Representatives at Inver Grove Ford are paid an hourly wage plus bonuses with no cap allowing the right person to earn more for their success. Pay: $45000$55000; depending on job performance income could be higher
Schedule:The employee would work 40 hours a week. This person would work one night a week and one weekend per month.

Job Description:
- Answer all incoming phone calls for the dealership.
- Schedule service appointments for customers.
- Answer all incoming Internet leads to set up appointments to meet with our sales staff.
- Follow up on sold sales customers.
- Follow up on customers that came in to the dealership but didnot buy.
Some Daily Tasks Include:
- Effectively answer inbound calls emails texts and Internet chats.
- Assist customers with setting up appointments for service and sales.
- Followup on customer inquiries for sales parts and service.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred but will train the right candidate
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have accurate and fluent speaking and writing skills
- High School Diploma required
- Must pass drug test and criminal background check
- Must be willing to work some nights and weekends
