Job Description

A ChiefofStaff role is a chance to move from advising to leading stepping into an inhouse leadership role where youll have the opportunity to drive realworld impact in a successful dynamic fastgrowing organization. Reporting to the Managing Director in Sweden you will leverage your consulting expertise to take endtoend ownership of key projects work closely with senior leadership at Country Cluster and Group level and have a direct hand in shaping the future of the business.

The role is based in Stockholm Sweden.

Responsibilities of the ChiefofStaff

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Managing Director and the Management Team. This is a highly crossfunctional role with visibility across all major initiatives at Verisure Sweden while also owning and driving key transformational projects from concept to completion. The role will also foster collaboration between Nordic countries to drive consistent performance and improvement

As Chief of Staff your role will evolve over time adapting to your skills and experiences. Youll work closely with the Managing Director supporting strategic discussions and management meetings to integrate into the organization making an immediate impact. You will quickly take on more complex crossfunctional projects aligned with your strengths enabling you to drive significant initiatives and deepen your leadership capabilities. With continued success youll eventually transition into a new role within the company paving the way for your career growth and impact on the business.

This role has a strong track record of leading Chiefs of Staff into directorlevel positions within the organization.

Priorities will include:

  • Ownership of Critical Projects Take full responsibility for several highimpact endtoend projects including:

  • Supporting the development of new gotomarket strategies and business opportunities through strategic partnerships.

  • Building a deeper understanding of industry players and market dynamics to enhance our competitive positioning.

  • Defining marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and reach.

  • Contributing to the development of business performance tools.

  • Bringing in best practices from across the group and adapting them for the Sweden

  • Leading the design and implementation of strategic process changes ensuring successful rollout across the organization.

  • Strategic Advisor and Right hand to the Managing Director:

  • Act as the righthand to the Managing Director expanding their reach by supporting the definition and of strategic initiatives in Sweden as well as key valuecreation projects.

  • Work with the Nordic region to identify challenges and collaborate on solutions for transformative initiatives to support longterm business growth.

  • Collaborate with the MD on ad hoc highpriority issues that require deep dive analysis and high attention.

  • Transversal and multidisciplinary business enabler

  • Work closely with the entire Management Team on strategic and transversal projects impacting including Marketing and Lead Generation Commercial channels including field sales sales structure creation alliances Portfolio Operations.

  • Facilitate interactions with many stakeholders at Country Cluster and Grouplevel

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Nordic region to identify and implement best practices from various markets.

  • Participate with strategic planning in projects for our company both at country and global level

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in top tier strategy consulting firms. Additional industry and inhouse experience is an advantage.

  • Minimum of a bachelors degree in an analytical field (e.g. engineering or business administration) from a leading institution.

  • Handson experience with lead generation commercial or sales projects in fastpaced B2B2C or B2C environments is a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated maturity and proficiency in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to navigate complex interactions and foster strong collaborative partnerships.

  • Significant experience working in multinational multicultural settings.

  • Demonstrated success in managing projects and delivering highimpact presentations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills ensuring clear and impactful interactions.

  • Fluent in English knowledge of Swedish or other Nordics language is a significant advantage.
