Job Description
Job responsibilities:
Operations and Maintenance of 500/1000/1500 KVA Transformers.
Operation & Maintenance of Circuit Breakers VCBACBMCBMCCB CT & PT
dg set up of 500kva/1000kva
Operating and Maintenance of the Lifts (Johnson Otis swift Thyssen).
Operating and Maintenance of all split and Duct able AC PAC Units and AHUs Chiller
Operating and Maintenance of Ups up to 400 KVA (Power One Make)
Operating and Maintenance of Server Room (Temperature and Humidity)
Failure analysis and condition monitoring.
Preparation of pm annual maintenance checks sheet and schedules.
Preparation of work instruction sheet.
Preparation of job safety analysis sheet
Preparation of daily and monthly performance report.
Carry out telephone data cable laying and maintenance.
Conducting training about electrical equipment and electrical safety & general safety.
Manage inventory for spare parts.
