As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you contribute to transformation strategy risk management and program management. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for project success and maintaining exceptional standards while enhancing your leadership style to motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. This role requires a thorough understanding of program delivery within organizational transformation programs and handson experience in transformation teams including Program Management Offices (PMOs).
Responsibilities
Lead and guide teams in executing transformation strategies
Manage client relationships and oversee account deliverables
Develop and implement risk management frameworks
Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and capabilities
Achieve successful project outcomes and uphold quality standards
Utilize program management knowledge to drive organizational change
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Collaborate with Program Management Offices to achieve strategic goals
What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree
11 years of experience
PMP PMI PMBOK APM BOK PRINCE2 MSP MoR Agile or Benefit Realization
Oral and written proficiency in English required
