Job Description

The Senior HR Business Partner (Internal Title: Senior People Partner) will be responsible for HR support for Tekions team across all functions and levels within the organization. The ideal candidate has a passion for building a strong and unique company culture loves interacting with different types of personalities is business focused and is comfortable working with budgets and forecasts. You will be instrumental in building out the team in a period of high growth and in doing so working cross functionally with senior leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Build trusted longterm relationships with Csuite executives and business unit leaders serving as a key advisor on all talent management and HR matters.
  • Consultative Expertise: Leverage advanced analytical skills and deep HR knowledge to diagnose business needs recommend strategic solutions and navigate complex peoplerelated challenges.
  • Business Impact: Align HR initiatives with overall business strategy ensuring HR programs directly contribute to achieving company goals.
  • Leadership Development: Partner with leaders at all levels to coach and develop their people management capabilities fostering a highperforming and engaged workforce.
  • Change Champion: Champion HR transformation initiatives effectively communicating changes and gaining buyin from stakeholders across the organization.
  • Metrics & Measurement: Develop and track HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs demonstrating the positive impact of HR on the bottom line.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging HR trends and best practices continuously seeking new ways to improve and add value to the organization.

Skills and Experience

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 57 years of HRBP experience preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Ability to build trust and drive team effectiveness.
  • Strong organization project management and communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and develop effective working relationships.
  • A can do attitude and the ability work as part of a team.
  • Comfort with accountability and ability to absorb feedback and engage in selfimprovement.
  • A desire to make others successful.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and optimism.
  • Ability to reflect and adjust to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location work experience education licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.In addition to the compensation listed this position may be eligible for equity compensation and a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range

$143100 $168400 USD
