Job Description
Were looking for a skilled and experienced Concrete Project Superintendent to join our team. In this role youll oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality. This is an opportunity to lead impactful projects while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan coordinate and supervise all onsite activities for concrete construction projects.
Manage crews subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe worksite.
Monitor project progress addressing any delays or issues promptly.
Collaborate with project managers engineers and clients to align project goals and expectations.
Oversee quality control ensuring work meets project specifications and standards.
Track and manage resources including labor materials and equipment.
Prepare daily reports document progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a superintendent in concrete construction.
Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques materials and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage crews and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints plans and specifications.
Proficient in managing schedules budgets and project timelines.
Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe worksite.
Problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
