What Youll Do in This Role:
Are you passionate about bringing joy to others and making a real impact on someones day As a Cafe Associate at our senior living community youll do just that! Youll be the heart of our dining experience providing exceptional service and creating meaningful connections with our wonderful residents. With every meal you serve youll brighten their day and help them feel valued cared for and appreciated.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Take orders in caf style setting
- Create an enjoyable dining experience serving residents and their guests
- Serve and prep various food items such as salads soups and sandwiches.
- Prepare various drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area
What Youll Need:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Prior experience in food service or as a server in a restaurant nursing home or retirement community serving older adults is helpful but not required
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
