Full time Operations Manager 1035
An ABA company is seeking an Operations Manager to lead teams optimize operations and oversee state ABA operations and centers.
Responsibilities Include:
- 3 days a week in office 2 days hybrid.
- Lead and manage teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Optimize operations to maximize productivity and performance.
- Oversee ABA operations in the state including management of ABA centers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership guidance and support to staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with leadership to align operations with company goals and objectives.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations management preferably in the healthcare or ABA industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and practices (preferred).
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business or related field (preferred).
