You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWork closely with the Operations team to respond to customer inquiries through several channels (Email Social and Telephone) delivering world class luxury customer service to Aeyde clients (B2B and/or D2C).
D2C: Take ownership of each customer journey resolving cases through accurate appropriate and personalised solutions that enhance brand loyalty.
D2C: Assist with customer service reporting using Gorgias and Shopify.
B2B: Prepare outbound shipments by completing shipping documents shipping labels customs procedures creating IFIs as well as arranging shipouts and pickups with our 3PL.
B2B: Proactively track and monitor B2B orders ensuring deliveries align with golive dates and launches and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
Help the supply chain management team to support them in their daytoday and be flexible on taking on new challenges.
Currently enrolled as a student and looking for a 6month compulsory internship as part of your university studies.
Studies in Business Supply Chain Fashion Management or other relevant subjects.
Ability to work within a fastpaced environment together with several teams.
Well organized and detailoriented.
Strong Excel skills.
Experience with Shopify and NetSuite is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English required German is a plus.
Legally authorized to take up employment in Germany.
