Job Description

My Client based inDenveris a locally owned and operatedfullservice lumberyard and building component manufacturing facility locatedin Denver CO. They have been serving the professional builder along the ColoradoFront Range for over twenty years focusing on providing quality buildingmaterials and expert insight.

Base salary of $85000 $90000 with no cap on commission and annual OTE potential of $175200K

Role Description

This is a fulltimeonsite role for an Outside Sales Representative . The Sales Representativewill be responsible for conducting sales presentations building andmaintaining relationships with clients providing exceptional customer serviceand developing new business opportunities in the construction industry.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Sales Presentations Relationship Building and Customer Service skills

Strong Communication skills and MUST HAVE Builder and Contractors that you work with strong contacts in that space.

Experience in New Business Development

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced competitive environment

Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills

Solid Knowledge of building materials and construction industry is KEY.
