Your Responsibilities
- Being the SuperUser of our global and Swiss HRIS Systems:
- Be the first point of contact of any HRIS including SAP SuccessFactors related technical queries. Support Local HR functions including security configuration tenant configuration manages the global email address(es) and/or SharePoint with system queries. Owner of the HRIS ticketing support system.
- Supports and coordinates the relevant SLA Licences and supplier contracts in collaboration with Procurement and Corp. IT
- Maintaining well organized documentation tracking and following up the deployed systems/modules and their usage
- Supports record retention policy in line with data protection compliance is the data protection champion
- Monitor system status proactively resolves issues and acts as trusted support agent. Trains endusers as requested
- Supports SuccessFactors major releases identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release. Major focus on testing in all instances.
- Supports Data Quality Specialist in cleansing HR data
- Any other project management and administrative tasks related to HR Systems & Processes within RUAG.
- Coordinate global Budgets relevant to the HR Systems
- Support in M&A activities related to the global HR system setup
- User requirement analysis and system configuration efforts as part of the SuperUser activities
Your profile:
- 12 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Information Systems (Core Employee Data Goal and Performance Recruitment modulesideally in SuccessFactors) and Learning Management Systems.
- Degree in HR Administration or IT
- Confident usage of MS Office particularly Excel (formulas Pivot)
- Managing complex situations with multiple stakeholders in a multinational environment
- Basic data analysis and data management
- Experience in the handling of confidential personal and other HR data
- Fluent in in English and German is essential
