This position works closely with the Managing Director and plays a vital role in supporting Vitalis Solutions to achieve operational and strategic outcomes.
The role will suit an experienced enthusiastic and motivated individual who takes initiative and is keen to work in a busy and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial records according to industry best practices policies and regulations.
- Processing and managing month end accounts including invoice preparation and quarterly BAS completion
- Preparation and management of balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with statutory taxation requirements including completion of quarterly BAS.
- Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes providing key financial insights and analysis to support decisionmaking.
- Monitor cash flows and track financial performance providing regular reports and analysis to senior management. Perform financial analysis to assist internal key stakeholders and provide financial insight.
- Assist with the streamlining automation and improvement of core finance processes and activities.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce Business or Accounting
- CPA qualification
- 4 years post graduate experience (preferable within professional services environment)
- Experience in utilising Netsuite
