Job Description
Salary Range: $23.94$26.60
The FineDining Cook position ensures the highest quality food preparation and presentation in the kitchen stations and outlets as well as banquets and parties during an assigned shift in accordance with the Companys specifications and standards.
Experience:
- Familiarity with and the ability to utilize kitchen cutlery automatic slicers buffalo chopper blenders band saw meat grinder gasfired cooking equipment steam kettles electric griddles deepfat fryers ovens till fryers toaster scales can openers CarterHoffmann and other culinary tools.
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Highvolume experience preferred
Knowledge:
- A high school diploma and at least two years of experience cooking in a hotel or restaurant; or a twoyear college degree and one year of related experience or a culinary degree
