YOU WILL
As we expand into electric solutions this is an exciting time to join our R&D team and take on a key role in our R&D department in Landskrona. As our HW Lead Engineer you will take ownership of hardware methodologies processes and tools ensuring the highest standards throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will be our expert and primary contact regarding hardware communicating directly with suppliers and customers. You will also support project managers and continuously react to input from colleagues clients and suppliers. Your main responsibilities include:
- Defining and owning methods workflows and tools for hardware development.
- Leading electronic hardware throughout the product lifecycle from initial design to final validation.
- Driving ASPICE Functional Safety Cybersecurity and managing PCBA designers and development partners.
- Representing Alfdex as the spokesperson for hardware towards customers and suppliers.
- Reporting on quality issues and driving problem resolution.
YOU ARE
You bring strong experience in electronic hardware design and validation preferably from the automotive or another safetycritical industry. You are comfortable working both strategically and handson and you enjoy collaborating across functions while maintaining technical leadership in your field. You understand the importance of precise communication standards such as CAN (J1939 and with a relevant educational background you communicate clearly and confidently in English. While fluency in English is essential knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
You thrive in hightempo settings and find energy in variation structurebuilding and solving unexpected challenges as they arise. Your ability to work both reactively and proactively will be crucial in a fastpaced and changing environment where no days are the same. Working closely with internal R&D teams and external suppliers motivates and enables you to lead highlevel discussions and drive strategic decisions.
