Your Role as an Experienced Biology Teacher

• Deliver Inspiring Biology Lessons: Teach engaging and thoughtprovoking lessons to Key Stage 3 Key Stage 4 and potentially Key Stage 5 students covering key topics such as genetics ecology human biology and molecular biology.

• Promote Practical and Experimental Learning: Plan and deliver handson experiments and investigations that allow students to apply theoretical knowledge and develop critical scientific skills.

• Contribute to Curriculum Development: Work closely with colleagues in the department to continually refine and develop the biology curriculum ensuring it challenges and engages our highachieving students.

• Support and Motivate Students: Use your experience and enthusiasm for biology to inspire students helping them reach their full potential both academically and personally.

• Lead ExtraCurricular Activities: Play an active role in supporting and leading biologyrelated clubs science fairs and field trips offering students further opportunities to engage with the subject beyond the classroom.
