Project Manager
Salary: $90k $110k
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning and delivery of projects within the defined scope budget and timelines.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams ensuring proper communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and status reports to track progress and updates.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage project budgets forecasts and resource allocations.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations providing updates and gathering feedback from team members and clients.
- Continuously review project performance and adapt strategies to meet evolving needs and challenges.
- Mentor and guide project team members fostering professional growth and development within the group.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
Desired Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets schedules and stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with construction management or real estate sectors is preferred.
