Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist (LATAM)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $2500 $3000
Job Type: Fulltime 40 hours/week flexible 2535 hours/week)
About Us:
This is growing company managing over 8000 clients. Were seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle billing collections and revenue tracking.
Responsibilities:

Manage billing through Shopify track revenue and encourage clients to switch billing platforms.

Monitor and resolve failed payments ensuring no client goes more than 3 business days without resolution.

Analyze billing discrepancies assign backbilling and generate accurate reports.

Develop and maintain collections systems track merchant ledgers and work with external collections agencies when necessary.

Audit Stripe customer lists and ensure accurate billing.

Collaborate with the AR/accounting team to ensure timely partner payouts and financial accuracy.
Requirements:

Experience in accounts receivable collections or billing management preferably in tech or SaaS.

Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of accounts.

Nearperfect English communication skills as the role involves direct client interaction.

Familiarity with Shopify Stripe and accounting software is a plus.
