ESG Manager Environmental/Social/Governance

Duties & responsibilities
This role encompasses in supporting our companys commitment to Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives. ESG Manager will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of our ESG compliance program ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements and maintain our reputation as a responsible corporate citizen.
- ESG Compliance Administration: Assist in the development implementation and monitoring of ESG policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Data Management: Collect analyze and report ESG data from various departments. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity for internal and external reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support ESG initiatives. Communicate ESG compliance requirements and updates effectively.
- Audit Support: Assist in preparing for ESGrelated audits and assessments. Ensure all required documentation is uptodate and accessible.
- Research and Analysis: Stay informed about the latest ESG trends regulations and best practices. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the companys ESG performance.
- Training and Education: Support the development and delivery of ESG training programs for employees. Promote awareness and understanding of ESG principles across the organization.
- Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of ESG reports including sustainability reports impact assessments and disclosures to stakeholders.
Key skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g. GRI SASB TCFD) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor s degree in Environmental Science Sustainability Business Administration or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in ESG sustainability compliance or a related area.
