Now Hiring: Tool Crib Attendant
Join our aerospace manufacturing team! Candidates must have at least basic experience in tool crib inventory control or manufacturing with preference given to those with more advanced knowledge in a similar role. This is a great opportunity for individuals with tool crib or inventory experience who are looking to grow their careers in a manufacturing environment.
What Youll Do
- Maintain an organized and efficient tool crib ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and accounted for.
- Review shop lists MRP and work orders to fulfill material supply and equipment requests.
- Issue and track tools checked in and out by machinists and other personnel.
- Clean inspect and sharpen tools as necessary.
- Assist machinists with toolrelated questions and troubleshooting.
- Prepare correct tooling kits by coordinating with programming and setup teams.
- Follow internal processes including MRP inventory management and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
- Make adjustments or minor repairs to tools and equipment as needed.
- Uphold company quality and safety standards.
- At least basic experience in a tool crib inventory control or manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of the machining process and ability to communicate with programming/setup teams.
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools such as micrometers calipers and torque wrenches.
- Ability to interpret blueprints (GD&T) and technical drawings.
- Intermediate shop math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Effective communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MRP systems email and basic computer skills.
- Excellent handeye coordination and fine dexterity for handling small parts.
- Valid drivers license and good driving record (company vehicle use required).
- Strong attention to detail and passion for inventory management.
- Must be a team player.
Fulltime Shifts: MonFri 6:00am2:30pm or 6:00am3:30pm (every other Friday off)
Pay Range: $18.50$26.00 per hour

Physical Demands & Work Environment: Work is performed in an open warehouse environment with exposure to temperature changes noise vibrations fumes and chemicals.
- Frequent sitting bending kneeling walking repetitive motion and fine dexterity.
- Frequent lifting pushing and pulling up to 20lbs (occasionally 2150 lbs).
- Frequent driving of company vehicles and occasional forklift operation.
- Must have excellent handeye coordination and vision (with or without corrective assistance) for detailed tasks.
ITAR Requirement: This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As such the candidate must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR. A U.S. person includes U.S. citizens lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) and certain refugees.
