POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the daily operations and future strategic planning of the EVS department. Ensures staffing levels are sufficient to meet all department obligations. Helps set and monitor all department customer service quality financial goals and communicates their progress to staff on a timely basis. Promotes good customer service by emphasizing EAMC core values in all daily interaction with both external and internal customers.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
High School or equivalent GED desired.
Minimum Experience
Two to four years experience in the Environmental Services field preferably with at least one year in management capacity.
Knowledge of theories principles practices of hospital cleaning and infection control.
Required Registration/License/Certification
Achieved or actively working towards certification with A.H.E. or I.E.H.A.
Preferred Education
B.S. or B.A. prefereed
