The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading the organization s strategic direction growth and overall performance. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in manufacturing and finance coupled with deep expertise in the automobile sector plastic parts and related manufacturing processes. The CEO will drive innovation operational excellence and market expansion across both OEM and aftermarket segments ensuring the organization achieves its growth ambitions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
- 30 years of leadership experience in the manufacturing sector with a strong focus on automobile and plastic parts.
- Proven track record of leading organizations to achieve significant growth and market leadership.
- Strong expertise in manufacturing processes supply chain management and financial strategy.
- Experience in both OEM and aftermarket segments is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the organization s longterm vision mission and strategic goals.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the automobile plastic parts and FMCG sectors.
- Lead the organization into new markets expanding its footprint in OEM and aftermarket segments.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure high efficiency quality and costeffectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives adopting best practices in production and supply chain management.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards safety regulations and environmental sustainability practices.
Financial Leadership
- Develop and manage the organization s financial strategy ensuring profitability and fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with the CFO to optimize resource allocation capital investments and cost structures.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures to achieve financial targets.
Market Expansion and Innovation
- Spearhead product development and innovation to meet evolving market demands and customer expectations.
- Strengthen relationships with OEM clients aftermarket distributors and other stakeholders.
- Lead efforts to enhance the brand s presence in domestic and international markets.
Team Building and Leadership
- Build and mentor a highperforming leadership team across manufacturing finance marketing and sales functions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and innovation within the organization.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for teams ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the organization in dealings with key stakeholders including investors clients suppliers and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners ensuring longterm partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate the organization s vision and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.

- Leverage indepth knowledge of automobile manufacturing processes plastic part production and FMCG operations to drive efficiency and innovation.
