Job Description

Were looking for a strategic and customerfacing Solutions Specialist to serve as a nonquota carrying global SME for our WeTrack Solutionswith a focus on helping venues adopt our industryleading risk management and carbon footprint tools. This role is the perfect blend of solutions engineering product specialization and sales enablement and is ideal for someone who understands the unique challenges of venues and can translate our product value with clarity and confidence.

Youll work alongside AMs/AEs on sales call providing subject matter expertise and helping shape the story of how WeTrack fits into our clients operational sustainability and risk goals.

Youll be part of a missiondriven collaborative team focused on helping some of the most wellknown venues in the world improve how they plan operate and measure success. This is a highimpact highvisibility role with room to growwithout a sales quota but with meaningful goals tied to enabling team success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the product and solutions expert in the sales process for WeTrack specifically for venue customers.
  • Join global AM/AE sales calls as a trusted partner helping to position and articulate the value of WeTracks solutions.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored product narratives and demonstrations focused on risk and sustainability outcomes.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to refine messaging use cases and market positioning for venues.
  • Support the pipeline by driving coverage penetration and solution clarity
  • Stay close to venue operations and industry trends to ensure ongoing relevancy and thought leadership in sales conversations.

Qualifications :

 

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales at a SaaS company ideally in a customerfacing or solutionsoriented role.
  • Venue or event industry knowledge is highly desirable direct experience working in or with venues (e.g. sports events attractions) is a strong plus.
  • Strong solutions mindset background in solutions engineering product specialization presales or sales strategy is a plus.
  • Proven customerfacing expertise confident presenting in sales conversations and serving as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills able to build relationships at all levels and communicate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into realworld value particularly around risk management and sustainability tools.
  • Collaborative team player experience working crossfunctionally with sales product and marketing to support GTM strategy.
  • Metricdriven and impactfocused comfortable aligning work to pipeline coverage penetration and growth KPIs.
  • Highly organized and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple engagements in a fastpaced global environment.
  • Passion for missiondriven technology especially solutions that improve safety efficiency and environmental outcomes in venue operations.
