- Manage and Lead Contract Lifecycle Management product Cloudmoyo Center of Excellence for enterprise customers taking complete ownership of project planning financials and customer relationship.
- Contribute towards building and fostering internal consulting capability within Professional Services group.
- Prior Background CLM (Icertis or any other leading CLM) is must and nice to have larger S2P/ Q2P
- Manage a team of Senior Functional consultants engaged in Contract Lifecycle Management product Cloudmoyo Center of Excellence across multiple engagements.
- Conceptualize and formulate best of breed solutions in close collaboration with business that effectively address key Cloudmoyo Center of Excellence objectives within the bounds of scope schedule and effort.
- Drive system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements.
- Contribute to CloudMoyo product roadmap through active feedback from customers and Cloudmoyo Center of Excellence experience.
- Day to Day COE capabilities including Consulting ongoing managed services including Annual Maintenance services and Contrack Business Desk
- Instead of focusing solely on ticketing support aim for a bold vision that rapidly helps clients achieve greater maturity by providing solutions that go beyond basic problem resolution fostering longterm growth and success.
- Build relationships with key client decisionmakers and act as a trusted advisor for CLM implementation projects.
Qualifications :
- 710 years of prior experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications is highly preferred.
- Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application managed services in a project manager/project lead capacity.
- Quick and innovative thinking with the acumen to correctly interpret trends/patterns from available data and formulate effective strategies/actions in achieving set objectives.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peertopeer relationships with client counterparts.
- Candidate should be ready to travel for short term period
- Team leadership experience is a must.
- Ability to advice North American client base.
