Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead motivate and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels conduct regular stocktakes and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and wellorganized store layout that showcases our products effectively.
- Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Training and Development: Continuously train and develop your teams product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a retail management role preferably in the cycling or outdoor sports industry.
- A passion for cycling and a deep knowledge of bicycles and accessories.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesdriven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
