Internet Sales Representative

Are you an energetic customerfocused individual looking to join a supportive and familyoriented team Our familyowned Nissan dealership in Pompano Beach Florida is seeking a dynamic BDC Representative to join our growing business development center. If you have excellent communication skills a passion for helping customers and a desire to work in a positive communityfocused environment we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls and internet inquiries to generate and schedule appointments for the sales and service departments.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and online chat.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to meet dealership goals and customer expectations.
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and friendly experience for all customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical school coursework preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferably in an automotive setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
