Project Manager Hotel Industry (Specialized in Handling Government Documents)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background to oversee hotel industry projects and manage governmentrelated documentation and compliance. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Tech degree possess excellent organizational skills and have a proven track record in project management within the hospitality or construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & :
- Develop manage and execute comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets for hotel construction or renovation projects.
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Government Liaison & Documentation:
- Handle all governmentrelated documentation and approvals including building permits environmental clearances and operational licenses.
- Build and maintain relationships with government authorities to facilitate smooth project .
- Compliance & Legal Requirements:
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws including safety standards environmental regulations and labor laws.
- Maintain detailed records of government approvals and ensure timely renewals of licenses and permits.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including investors government officials and internal teams.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to key stakeholders.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Resolve conflicts or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and ensure that all deliverables meet highquality standards and align with the company s brand and objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate project progress and adherence to plans.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of government processes regulatory compliance and documentation.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
