Senior HR Executive Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage key HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Resolve workplace conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and ensure timely feedback and goal setting.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.
  1. HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Develop update and enforce company HR policies in line with labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate employee records.
  1. Payroll & Benefits Management:
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
  1. HR Strategy & Reporting:
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to provide insights into workforce trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 46 years of experience in HR with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
  • High level of integrity professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
