Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team and spearhead B2B sales in the tea industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tea strong business acumen and proven experience in corporate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Acquisition & Management:
  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients including wholesalers retailers and hospitality businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring longterm partnerships.
  1. Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  1. Product Presentation & Negotiation:
  • Conduct presentations to promote tea products to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals.
  1. Order Management:
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
  1. Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management for improving sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales preferably in the FMCG or tea industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Skills & Attributes:
  • Deep understanding of the tea industry and its products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goaloriented and highly motivated to achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
