Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team and spearhead B2B sales in the tea industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tea strong business acumen and proven experience in corporate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Management:
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients including wholesalers retailers and hospitality businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring longterm partnerships.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Product Presentation & Negotiation:
- Conduct presentations to promote tea products to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals.
- Order Management:
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Address customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
- Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
- Provide insights and feedback to management for improving sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales preferably in the FMCG or tea industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Deep understanding of the tea industry and its products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
