Roles & Responsibilities: As a UI/UX Developer at Preferable.ai you will be responsible for creating usercentric designs that drive engagement and improve user experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: Designing and developing user interfaces for our AI hiring platform Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights for continuous improvement Creating wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs Collaborating with crossfunctional teams including product managers and developers to ensure cohesive design implementation Translating complex requirements into intuitive user experiences Maintaining design consistency across all platforms Staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies Mandatory Requirements: To be successful in this role candidates must have: A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD Figma or Sketch Strong skills in frontend development technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools A solid portfolio showcasing previous design work and thought processes Excellent visual design skills including typography color theory and layout Strong understanding of information architecture and usercentered design principles Preferred Skills or Education Requirements: While not mandatory the following skills and qualifications are preferred: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design or a related field Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design methodologies Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices Experience with design systems and component libraries Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret user data Effective communication skills to clearly articulate design concepts A passion for creating outstanding user experiences and a drive for continuous learning Salary: Offering a competitive salary of 400000 annually Location: This is a fulltime role based out of Pune Maharashtra India with the option to work remotely.
