- Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM New Zealand Time with 30minute unpaid lunch break
About the Role
We are seeking a detailoriented Administrative Assistant (Data Entry) to join our clients team. This role focuses on accurate data management for HR operations immigration documentation and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from various sources into the companys database or software
- Process and manage HRrelated documentation and records
- Complete and file immigration forms and related paperwork with precision
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data integrity and security policies
- Generate reports and respond to queries related to the data entered
- Identify and report any inconsistencies or anomalies in the data
- Ensure backups are regularly taken to prevent data loss
- Stay updated with changes in data entry procedures or database software
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative assistant roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Strong typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic troubleshooting skills for common software issues

- Experience with HR documentation or immigration paperwork
