Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long Term Care facility with options for 8hour or 12hour shifts. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience including experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). A New York state nursing license is required and the candidate must reside at least 60 miles away from the facility. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required with proficiency in eMAR systems like PointClickCare. Common patient diagnoses include Dementia Chronic Diseases and Diabetes. LPN / LVN (Nursing)
